About the role

We are seeking an experienced REDCap Application Administrator/Application Support Specialist to provide operational and technical support for an existing REDCap environment hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Responsibilities

The selected contractor will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, user support, vendor coordination, and integration of the REDCap application to ensure a secure, reliable environment.

Requirements

• Experience as a REDCap Application Administrator or Application Support Specialist
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in administering and supporting a REDCap environment, with a strong understanding of operational and technical support principles.

Pay

The salary for this position is USD 43,078 per year.

This is a contract position, onsite in Michigan, US.
