About the role
This is a hybrid role based in Westlake, TX.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- 5 years of Systems Analysis experience within the IT field, financial services, or related environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience working in a complex environment with multiple applications, patterns, and integrations
- Relevant experience in various systems analysis methodologies, including:
- Data analysis and mapping
- Systems feasibility and impact analysis
- Flowcharts, use case development, and story mapping
- Writing setup/configuration of systems
- Gap analysis
- User acceptance testing and documentation
- Knowledge of API Development, Cloud (AWS), Data Design, Batch/Event Processing, and Workflow/Process Automation is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
- Experience in Agile methodologies
- Ability to produce in a highly matrixed environment involving multiple partners, technical groups, and Centers of Excellence (COEs)
- Demonstrated ability to work across multifunctional teams
- Technical problem solver who can work in a demanding, fast-paced environment, engaging, collaborating, and supporting capabilities across teams
- Proactive contributor to a highly functioning team; meticulous and understands how systems/applications can provide solutions to business problems and objectives
- Knowledge of the financial services industry preferred, attained through training and application experience
- Exposure to test automation and quality practices
- Good interpersonal skills, including negotiation, communication, leadership, and influence
- Adaptable and agile; can conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines, and make project adjustments to effectively prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to successfully take the lead on issues and gain resolution in a timely manner
- Demonstrated leadership skills to guide, mentor, and motivate engineers and analysts
- Passion and intellectual curiosity to learn new technologies and business areas
Pay
The base compensation range for this role in Westlake, TX is $65,000 – $72,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, market considerations, and internal pay equity. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
