About the role

This is a hybrid role based in Westlake, TX.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems analysis within the IT field, specifically in financial services or related environments
• Conduct data analysis, data mapping, systems feasibility and impact analysis
• Develop flowcharts, use cases, story mapping, and system setup/configuration
• Perform gap analysis, user acceptance testing, and documentation
• Work in a complex environment with multiple applications, patterns, and integrations
• Collaborate across multifunctional teams and technical groups
• Solve technical problems in a demanding, fast-paced environment
• Lead, guide, mentor, and motivate engineers and analysts
• Proactively contribute to a highly functioning team, focusing on systems and applications that solve business problems

Requirements

• 5 years of Systems Analysis experience within the IT field, preferably in financial services or a related environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with various systems analysis methodologies
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
• Experience in Agile methodologies
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment involving multiple partners and technical groups
• Proven ability to work across multifunctional teams and adapt to shifting priorities
• Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and motivate teams
• Passion and intellectual curiosity for learning new technologies and business areas

Skills

• Knowledge of API Development, Cloud (AWS), Data Design, Batch/Event Processing, and Workflow/Process Automation (strongly preferred)
• Exposure to test automation and quality practices
• Good interpersonal skills, including negotiation, communication, leadership, and influence
• Adaptability and agility in conforming to shifting priorities and timelines
• Technical problem-solving in a fast-paced environment

Pay

The base compensation range for this role in Westlake, TX is $65,000 – $72,000. The actual compensation offered may vary based on factors such as geographic location, education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, market considerations, and internal pay equity. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on position and applicable laws.
