About the role

Responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring system stability and security.

Responsibilities

• Manage server operations, including monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Implement and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Perform software installations and updates across all systems.
• Ensure data backup and disaster recovery procedures are up-to-date and effective.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or administration.
• Proficient in Windows Server, Linux, and network protocols.
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• CCNA certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Knowledge of SQL databases and scripting languages like Python or Bash.

Skills

• Technical proficiency in operating systems and networking.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Pay

$75,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
