We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes description of role, responsibilities, required skills/experience, benefits. No pay or schedule info. So we should have sections: About the role (maybe from first paragraph), Responsibilities (the detailed duties), Requirements (education, experience), Skills (maybe combine with requirements?), Benefits (list). The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Thus we need to extract substantive content. Let's parse the posting: First line: "This role is an office position based in Louisville, KY." That's location info. Then "What The Role Is The System Administration Manager leads the team responsible for supporting the company’s ERP platform, connected systems, and other enterprise applications and technology platforms as needed. This role provides day-to-day leadership for system administration, service management, environment and server management, application maintenance, licensing, and operational support to ensure business-critical technology remains stable, secure, reliable, and well managed. This highly collaborative role partners with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to maintain system health, coordinate support activities, manage technology investments, and drive operational improvements. The Manager will bring strong experience managing enterprise systems and technical teams, with the ability to balance daily operational needs with longer-term platform strategy, lifecycle planning, and continuous improvement." That's description. Then "How You Will Spend Your Time?" followed by sub-sections: Team Leadership & Support, Systems & Application Management, Service Management & Operational Governance, Environment & Server Management, Application Integration & Technical Coordination, Budget, Licensing & Vendor Management, Communication & Stakeholder Management. Each with bullet-like paragraphs. Then "Who You Are… Required Skills and Experience:" then list of requirements: Bachelor's degree..., Minimum 7 years..., Minimum 3 years..., Strong background..., Experience with..., Experience managing..., Demonstrated understanding..., Demonstrated ability..., Familiarity with ITIL..., Experience supporting ERP..., Experience with Oracle... Then "Physical Requirements While performing duties of job, employee is frequently required to: Stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, and use of computer; reach with hands and arms. Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds" Then "Benefits Paid Vacation11 Paid HolidaysHealth, Dental & Vision eligibility from day oneFSA/HSA401K matchEAPMaternity/Paternity Leave" Then EEO boilerplate. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO statement, maybe also "Physical Requirements" maybe considered not a standard section but could be part of Requirements? It's not a typical heading but we could include as part of Requirements or maybe a separate section? The instruction says use headings from list; we can create sections like Requirements (includes education, experience, physical). Skills maybe separate. We need to decide sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (the "How You Will Spend Your Time?" sections), Requirements (education, experience, physical), Skills (maybe the specific skill items like familiarity with ITIL, ERP, Oracle), Benefits (list). Could also combine Skills into Requirements. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine Requirements and Skills into one "Requirements" section that includes education, experience, skills, physical. Or separate "Qualifications" and "Skills". The list includes Qualifications as possible heading. We could use "Qualifications" for education/experience, and "Skills" for technical skills. But we need to ensure each has substantive content. Let's extract: About the role: first paragraph(s) describing role. Responsibilities: the bullet points under "How You Will Spend Your Time?" each subheading with paragraphs. We'll need to turn each duty into list items? The instruction: Use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can create a
        with each duty as
      • . Could combine multiple sentences per duty. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details as given. We could create a
          where each
        • contains the full description for each responsibility area. Similarly for requirements: education, experience, etc. Could be a
. Skills: maybe list of specific skills: familiarity with ITIL, change management, incident management, problem management, release management; experience supporting ERP; experience with Oracle or other enterprise database technologies. Benefits: list: Paid Vacation, 11 Paid Holidays, Health, Dental & Vision eligibility from day one, FSA/HSA, 401K match, EAP, Maternity/Paternity Leave. We need to format benefits as list items. We must not include Pay or Schedule sections because not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:
