About the role
The position is located in Naperville, IL and requires on-site work up to four days a week. This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise master data solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and recommend scalable technical approaches.
- Design data models, integrations, and governance processes that improve data quality and usability.
- Provide technical guidance throughout implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery across multiple initiatives.
- Mentor team members and promote best practices in data management.
Requirements
- Strong background in Syndigo (Riversand) Master Data Management and enterprise data architecture.
- Experience delivering large-scale data or digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of data governance, integrations, relational databases, and data modeling.
- Experience working with enterprise MDM or PIM Syndigo solutions.
- Familiarity with Java or other object-oriented programming languages is beneficial.
- Proven ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field is preferred.
