Syndicate CNC Operator

Job Responsibilities

• Adhere to Operational and Company Standards and Policies.
• Comply with safe work practices; understand work injury procedures, workers comp, and safety standards.
• Machine parts on target with minimal variation.
• Use metrology to validate quality on all machined components.
• Be able to run machines efficiently based on daily standard work.
• Conduct machine maintenance upon interval.
• Utilize Company and machine monitoring software.
• Documentation and communication skills.
• Sustain a high performance worksite using Lean principles.
• Continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications (Required)

• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, part prints, process documentation, and work center guidelines.
• Pass a background check (initiated upon extension and acceptance of a job offer).
• High attention to detail.

Job Qualifications (Preferred)

• Understand coordinate planes.
• Understand how to properly use measuring instruments (metrology).
• Able to problem-solve and think critically.
• Able to communicate issues/problems.
• Exceptional attendance (be on time for work and take breaks at appropriate times).
• Great work ethic and attitude.
• Team player.
• Basic understanding of Syndicate product line.
