Switcher- Part-Time

About the role

National Retail Transportation is hiring experienced PART-TIME CDL-A Switchers (Yard Jockeys) to join our team in Fontana, CA!

Responsibilities

• Safely move trailers to and from the warehouse dock to yard locations in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Minimum of 1 year Class A driving experience (or equivalent military driving experience) within the last 3 years
• Maintain a safety-focused driving history; clean MVR/PSP and employment history preferred
• Able to read, write, and speak English in compliance with DOT regulations
• Pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and meet DOT medical qualifications
• Current DOT physical certification
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

Benefits

• PART-TIME Pay: $35-36/hour
• Average Weekly: 1,000 to $1,100
