Location: Midland, TX | Shift: 2nd Shift | Pay: $840–$1,120 per week

About the role

Capstone Logistics is hiring for experienced Yard Drivers interested in growing their career with us. Our Yard Drivers/Spotters are responsible for the safe and efficient movement of trailers within the yard to facilitate warehouse sorting and the processing of merchandise for shipment and/or storage.

Responsibilities

• Lift and carry a minimum of up to 25–75 lbs; materials handled vary
• Drive and operate vehicle under 15 mph in and around the warehouse, storage lot, and staging area
• Roll On/Roll Off experience a plus
• Ability to drive on asphalt, concrete, and gravel surfaces in all environments

Requirements

• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred
