Switchboard Production Supervisor - Closeout

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to a safe, engaged and inclusive work culture by ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Serve as a central point of contact for management regarding production issues.
• Manage employees, time records, monitor productivity, and ensure proper staffing to support production requirements.
• Evaluate workload requirements and delegate tasks accordingly.
• Investigate and solve quality issues, and collaborate with the quality control team to resolve them.
• Foster a high-performing work team culture and maintain positive employee relations.

Qualifications

• Required (Basic): Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution OR 3+ years of experience supporting Manufacturing, Operations, or Technical processes.
• 1+ year of direct people leadership experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Three years of leadership experience.
• Leverage lean manufacturing / Operational Excellence skills in areas like 5S+, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Visual Management, etc.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities (e.g., 8-D or A3).
• Intrinsically motivated, a champion of change, and a visionary.
• Continuous learning attitude; promotes a learning culture.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
