Swiss CNC Operator | Weekend Shift (Nights)

Our Swiss Machining department manufactures complex, tight-tolerance components used in life-changing medical devices. Schedule
Weekend Night Shift: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 5:00 p.m. – 5:30 a.m.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Swiss turning machines to manufacture precision medical components.
- Load raw materials and unload finished parts while monitoring machine performance throughout the production run.
- Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, and other inspection tools.
- Make tool offsets and minor machine adjustments to maintain tight dimensional tolerances.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation.
- Perform visual inspections to identify cosmetic or dimensional defects.
- Maintain accurate production, inspection, and quality records.
Requirements
- Manufacturing or CNC machining experience preferred (Swiss machining experience is a plus, but we're willing to train motivated individuals).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent quality.
- Comfortable using precision measuring equipment.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
