Swing Shift Operations Supervisor - Pallet Manufacturing

About the role

The successful candidate will play a key role in the operations of a warehouse facility, working closely with Plant management to develop and lead the plant personnel. This position requires a strong background in a similar industry and the ability to enforce safety standards, achieve production goals, and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety standards, achieve production goals, and maintain quality standards
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the production function of the site
• Perform pallet sort, light pallet repair, forklift operation and customer service duties
• Lead production and provide customer support when necessary
• Work overtime as needed or swing shifts at times

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of experience in a Warehouse or similar facility
• Demonstrated experience leading a team
• Ability to communicate with Plant management team effectively on a regular basis

USD $60,000.00 - USD $65,000.00 /Yr.

Monday through Friday, 10am - 6pm
