SWIM INSTRUCTOR (GROUP/PRIVATE)

About the role

Responsible for teaching swimming lessons in both group and private settings. Duties include developing lesson plans, supervising swimmers, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement swim lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Supervise swimmers during lessons, ensuring they follow safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with parents and other instructors about student progress and concerns.
• Adapt lesson plans based on student feedback and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Valid lifeguard certification.
• Experience working with children.
• Excellent communication skills.
