Responsibilities

• Develop and implement swim lesson plans tailored to different age groups
• Safeguard swimmers during lessons and ensure compliance with all safety guidelines
• Supervise swimmers during water activities and provide guidance as needed
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and any concerns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
• Valid lifeguard certification
• Experience working with children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Pass a background check
