Duties
- Coaching and teaching (75%)
- Aid in providing instruction during practices and matches.
- Support player development through individual and team sessions.
- Recruiting responsibilities (25%)
- Assist with both on-campus and off-campus recruiting efforts.
- Campus visits coordination for prospective student-athletes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 1 year of playing and/or coaching experience at the college level.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a diverse community.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
- First Aid, CPR, and AED Certifications required.
Wage and Benefits
- Pennsylvania state minimum wage at 37.5 hours per week.
- This position includes housing and a meal plan.
