Sweeper Truck Driver

Sweeping Duties

• Safely operate sweeper trucks on jobsites, roadways, and facilities
• Remove debris, dirt, gravel, and construction materials from assigned areas
• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Facilitate routine service to include checking oil, water, gasoline, and air
• Report maintenance malfunctions to Equipment Manager
• Wash and clean interior and exterior of sweeper trucks

Log Keeping

• Maintain a detailed log of working hours to include job, phase code, and time used

Communication and Safety

• Communicate with supervisors and crews regarding schedules and site conditions
• Follow all DOT, company, and jobsite safety requirements

Professionalism

• Represent the company professionally with the public and clients

Other Duties

• Perform other duties as assigned by management
