Sweeper/Scrubber Operator

Job Responsibilities

• Sweep and scrub the factory floors with a ride on sweeper/scrubber.
• Clean up reported spills according to guidelines, generally water and oil.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the equipment daily.
• Inform management immediately of any potential safety risks or hazards and/or needed repair work.
• Complete other duties and special trainings as assigned by the supervisor.
• Do daily inspections of the equipment and report any maintenance that needs to be done.

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to work with little supervision and maintain a high-level of performance.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong detail orientation.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.
• Experience with Scrubber Operator experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Repeat the same movements.
• Frequent bending and twisting.
• Able to lift, push & pull 50lbs.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings.
