Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with work schedule, clocking in at the scheduled time
• Perform a pre-trip inspection of vehicles before leaving the garage
• Complete the pre-trip inspection form during the night shift
• Ensure the truck is provided with supplies: hand blower, garbage bags, and any other necessary equipment to perform tasks
• Check in with the night manager for updates related to scheduled tasks before leaving the garage
• Accurately record arrival and departure times at each serviced property
• Follow prescribed instructions for each site stop (empty trash cans, etc.)
• Notify the night manager of any vehicle issues, equipment problems, or questions regarding your work
• Perform your tasks completely; complete the appropriate amount of time at each stop to meet performance expectations
• Blow front sidewalks and empty trash containers (as applicable)
• Sweep the front parking lot, entrances/exits, and blow and sweep corners and curb lines
• Clean sidewalks and sweep any traffic lanes along the building or property
• Blow all trash and debris from the rear loading dock, trash container areas, and sweep the entire rear of the property, including entrances and exits
• Hand-pick all lawn areas, flower beds, and fence lines throughout the property where necessary
• Perform a post-trip vehicle inspection
• Complete post-trip inspection form
• Sign and date the night shift log

Requirements

• Good understanding of specific job tasks and their execution, including related machines and tools to perform the tasks
• Experience driving heavy equipment
• Able to follow general routes and maps
• Able to follow site instructions
• Able to work independently
• Able to meet DOT driving requirements
• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record
• DOT driver qualification for vehicles with GVW of 10,001 lbs to 26,001 lbs
• All non-exempt employees must download and use the KBSPresence app on their personal mobile devices to clock in and out of shifts and breaks. Reimbursement for cell phone use is offered in accordance with applicable local law

Pay & Schedule

• Starting pay: $18.00 per hour
• Shift available: 6pm to 1am
