R360 Environmental Solutions, a Waste Connections company, is the nation’s leading provider of environmental oilfield waste management. We’re looking for a dependable and safety-minded SWD Operator to join our team at our Elm Grove, Louisiana facility.
About the role
- Operate, monitor, and maintain SWD equipment (pumps, valves, tanks)
- Safely offload and process produced water from transport trucks
- Conduct routine equipment checks and minor maintenance
- Accurately log readings, daily volumes, and incident reports
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times
- Follow all environmental and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and drivers
Requirements
- Willingness to work 14/7 Rotating Shifts (Day and Nights)
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to safety practices and PPE usage
- Mechanical aptitude or previous oilfield/waste handling experience is a plus
Pay
$17–$20/hr (based on experience + overtime)
Schedule
14/7 Rotating Day & Night Shifts
