Swap Driver

About the role

Part-time, per-diem position based at Douglas Motors/Douglas Volkswagen, 491 Morris Avenue, Summit, NJ.

Primary duties include swapping vehicles between locations, transporting customer and inventory vehicles, and supporting our sales and service teams with occasional delivery runs.

Manual transmission experience required; candidate must be comfortable operating stick-shift vehicles (manual transmission) when needed.

What we’re looking for

• Valid New Jersey driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Confident driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles, including new and pre-owned Volkswagens.
• Professional, courteous demeanor with strong customer service skills.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible daytime hours as business needs arise (weekdays and occasional Saturdays).
