Swan Dive All Source Analyst - Mid with Security Clearance

About the Role

Join the Nalley Consulting team as an All Source Analyst focusing on foreign weapon systems and equipment. This position is located in Alexandria, VA, and requires an active TS/SCI clearance with a willingness to take a polygraph. Candidates with a current CI polygraph conducted within the past 7 years are highly prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements.
• Produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation, and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment.
• Utilize comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph.
• 3+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree, OR 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings.
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree.

Desired Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with defense industries analysis, including industrial organization, production processes, foreign weapon systems and equipment, and their associated facilities and output levels.
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards.
• Knowledge of the EUCOM AOR.
