SVP Product Architecture

Application deadline: 21 August 2026. Remote position in the United States; may require relocation to company headquarters in San Francisco, CA, or travel to client worksites throughout the U.S. (20% global travel, typically 1-3 day trips).

Responsibilities

• Lead global architectural strategies for SaaS cloud-native client implementations.
• Oversee teams responsible for implementing third-party integrations.
• Oversee technical client implementations with a multimillion-dollar scope.
• Participate in EIS sales activities.
• Provide technical architecture solutions for future clients and work on implementation of solutions.
• Lead the global technical architecture certification program.
• Train partners, clients, and internal architects.
• Communicate with C-level executives regarding architecture solutions and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
• At least two years of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Leading the design and architecture activities for enterprise insurance software implementation.
  • Leading global architectural strategies for SaaS cloud-native client implementations.
  • Managing a global architect and development department of at least 200 engineers.
  • Overseeing technical client implementations with a multimillion-dollar scope.
  • Directing SDLC for internal pilots and prototypes.
  • EIS software platform experience.

Pay

$228,930.00 per year.
