SVP of Data Management

This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Technical Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Set data strategy, governance, and operating model
• Align data initiatives with business needs and value
• Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and cost savings
• Define organizational structure, goals, and KPIs
• Ensure alignment with regulatory, security, and compliance standards
• Drive enterprise data and analytics capabilities
• Oversee full data lifecycle and governance
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, and accountability frameworks
• Support execution of SAFe 6.0 and ITIL processes

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in Data Management operations or team leadership
• Proven track record in strategic planning and initiative design
• Experience delivering complex multi-platform initiatives (EAI, ETL/ELT, Streaming)
• Demonstrated leadership in high-growth, fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with DAMA DMBOK and various Data Management disciplines

Pay

$200,000 – $240,000 annually
