SVP Mission Planning & Operations

Business DevelopmentFull-time

About the Role

The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Mission Planning & Operations serves as the strategic and operational deputy to the EVP of Mission Services, providing executive-level leadership, coordination, and oversight across all Mission divisions. This role ensures strategic alignment and operational excellence across all programs at over a dozen sites in two states, impacting 30,000 people served annually and a team of over 200. The SVP acts on behalf of the EVP, driving cross-divisional initiatives, managing executive priorities, and ensuring operational excellence, accountability, and alignment across programs, geographies, and stakeholders. Success will be measured by increasing impact—both in numbers and depth of services—leading to connecting more people to personal independence and the power of work.
