Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global manufacturing and warehouse operations strategy aligned with corporate objectives and long-term growth plans.
- Lead global footprint optimization, including capacity planning, site selection, expansion, consolidation, and automation initiatives.
- Establish standardized operating models, governance, and performance management across regions while respecting local requirements.
- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations across multiple global sites, ensuring consistent quality, efficiency, and output.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Champion innovation in manufacturing processes, equipment, and digital technologies (e.g., Industry 4.0).
- Lead global warehouse and distribution operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and network optimization.
- Improve service levels, throughput, and cost efficiency while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.
- Partner with Transportation and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless end-to-end product flow.
- Oversight on capital expenditures, and cost management initiatives.
- Establish and track KPIs related to productivity, quality, service, safety, and cost.
- Deliver productivity gains and margin improvements through operational excellence and strategic investments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing and warehouse/distribution operations, with significant global responsibility.
- Proven track record of leading large, complex, multi-site operations across multiple regions.
- Deep expertise in manufacturing systems, warehouse operations, Lean/Continuous Improvement, and operational KPIs.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L responsibility and capital planning.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives, including automation and digitalization.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills.
