Responsibilities
- Lead a global organization at one of the most consequential moments in the history of banking technology — serving a mission-critical role in driving nCino’s path to becoming the undisputed leader in Agentic banking.
- Define and lead a bold Field Engineering strategy that raises the bar for how nCino engages clients, prospects and partners.
- Own and drive nCino’s global demo strategy, establishing standards that position nCino as the definitive Agentic Platform for Banking.
- Build and standardize global standards, enablement systems, discovery methodologies, coverage models, and engagement frameworks across NA, EMEA, and APAC.
- Partner with Sales Operations to continuously instrument and improve the pre-sales process, new hire onboarding and team enablement.
- Shape and execute a Field Engineering strategy in close partnership with Regional GMs, Sales, Product & Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships, FDE, and Marketing.
- Represent nCino at executive briefings, key industry events, and strategic customer engagements globally.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree and 16+ years of professional experience in enterprise and mid-market software, including 6+ years leading global Field Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Pre-sales organizations at scale, with concentrated focus on Financial Services.
- Strong technical competence and AI fluency, with deep banking domain expertise.
- Proven track record building and scaling technical pre-sales teams across multiple geographies, including EMEA and APAC.
- Deep expertise in outcome-based selling and executive-level engagement strategy.
- Experience partnering with a CRO and cross-functional C-suite to align Field Engineering strategy with broader revenue goals.
