Responsibilities
- Lead by inspiring trust through courageous, in-the-moment conversations; walk the talk with a strategic perspective both internally and externally.
- Build and facilitate a journey of learning for teams, focusing on tapping into their curiosity and creating clear career paths for growth.
- Serve as the primary owner of client relationships, ensuring every client has a dedicated account contact and feels your presence and oversight.
- Act as the key contact two to three levels above day-to-day clients on a monthly or bi-monthly basis.
- Maintain "guru" status with clients, engaging in key strategic meetings and being known and respected among client teams.
- Lead the onboarding of all new clients, regardless of level.
- Adopt a solutions-first approach to create calm and rally teams during ad hoc issues and opportunities (e.g., delivering capabilities to new business prospects, pacifying upset senior clients).
- Actively seek and close large, strategic new business opportunities; convert new business into agency revenue.
- Play an active role in defining, clarifying, and evolving the agency’s short- and long-term "Go-to-Market" strategy and suite of offerings.
- Develop and attract key agency talent, focusing on growing talent from within.
- Possess superior communication skills across the board, maintaining a strong, professional presence that puts clients at ease and wins their confidence.
- Expertly present to small groups or large client teams, communicating complex ideas in an understandable manner.
- Annually deliver a course on leadership, client management, or business communications for junior colleagues.
- Author periodic articles or POVs worthy of publication internally and for clients.
- Build on the philosophy of the Service-Profit Chain, correlating highly engaged employees with rewarding environments.
- Manage multiple account teams with flawless client retention and accountability for high-quality deliverables.
- Ensure teams consistently follow established processes and guidelines for executing agency offerings (e.g., monthly POVs).
- Serve as a mentor to the account group, taking initiative to develop trainings and ensure all levels understand client dynamics for retention.
- Act as a key conduit to the strategic team with a mindset of always showing the client more—talent, work, and thinking.
- Manage up and vertically to ensure seamless pull-through, keeping leadership abreast of all issues and opportunities.
- Partner across teams to foster learning and dialogue.
- Evangelize the agency’s evolving service offerings, processes, and best practices to staff and clients.
- Establish an agency-wide example of interdepartmental partnership and collaboration through BRAND MOVEMENTS document development.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic: delegate effectively, provide real-time feedback and recognition, celebrate success, and maintain an optimistic outlook.
- Work with cross-agency leadership to ensure all accounts are staffed appropriately to meet client and project needs.
- Act as a "Champion" for direct reports and team members, taking full responsibility for advancing them toward promotion.
- Navigate challenging client situations while keeping the team calm and motivated.
- Maintain "guru" status with clients and demonstrate expertise in all aspects of strategy across multiple therapeutic areas.
- Serve as the ultimate owner of the group’s yearly goals to Omnicom, ensuring achievement from a revenue perspective while keeping margin in mind.
- Take final responsibility for year-over-year account growth in alignment with established growth targets.
- Actively participate in new business planning, agency capability expansions, resourcing decisions, and financial discussions.
- Champion internal financial processes, ensuring teams are vigilant about project budgets and agency fees.
- Evaluate needs for freelance resources, monitor department utilization and budgeted hours, and maintain accountability for on-time, on-budget delivery of work.

$191,000–$257,500
Schedule
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
