Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- 15+ years of progressive nonprofit fundraising leadership
- Demonstrated success securing transformational gifts from individuals, corporations, foundations, and institutional funders
- Experience developing and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies that deliver measurable results
- Prominent track record of leading and developing high-performing fundraising teams
- Experience serving as a trusted strategic advisor to CEOs and Boards of Directors
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and strategic planning skills
- Experience leveraging marketing, communications, and digital engagement to strengthen fundraising outcomes
- Experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge is preferred
