Member Duties
- Develop recruitment strategies, outreach materials, and tracking systems to support volunteer growth.
- Create structured onboarding materials, training toolkits, and workflow documentation to promote consistent volunteer engagement practices.
- Design data tracking tools, dashboards, and sustainability plans to measure volunteer capacity and ensure continuity beyond the service year.
