Responsibilities
You’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of HVAC systems, including:
- Split Systems
- Roof Top Units
- Mini Splits
- Furnaces
- Exhaust Systems
- Water Source Heat Pump
- Makeup Air Systems
- Air Rotation Units
Requirements
We’re looking for technicians with:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in residential HVAC service or maintenance
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to travel locally to job sites
- Team players who take pride in their work and want to mentor apprentices as they grow
A Universal Refrigerant Card and Gas Fitters Card are a plus—but if you don’t have them yet, we’ll help you get there.
Qualifications
To be considered, you must:
- Possess a valid, non-expired state-issued driver’s license
- Pass a driving records check (as determined by our insurer)
- Pass a criminal history check
- Pass a drug test
- Meet employment eligibility requirements under Form I-9 to work in the United States
Schedule
This is a full-time position with a 4-day work week (4x10s), and a 4-day weekend every other week. You can expect:
- Day shift work
- On-call rotation every ~8 weeks
- Overtime available as needed
- Weekend availability when required
Pay
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $28- $32 per hour, depending on experience, as well as overtime opportunities and steady, year-round work.
