About the role

Busser / Food Runners provide friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful service of food and beverage following established quality and time standards. They maintain a high awareness of cleanliness throughout the restaurant, not only at the tables but in all areas. They support servers, bartenders, and team members by helping to maintain tables and efficiently deliver correct food and drinks to guests. They also assist in any special cleaning projects, including repair maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with guests and coworkers in a positive, friendly, and hospitable manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work (including following uniform guidelines: ironed shirt, black apron, wrinkle‑free black pants, slip‑resistant shoes, black socks).
• Meet professional grooming standards daily (professionally styled hair, limited jewelry, natural makeup when applicable).
• Assemble/disassemble workstation promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of station during shift; stock and replenish as needed; maintain adequate levels of ice for drink preparation.
• Observe all state and federal
