Sustainability & Resilience Associate
About the role
The Associate – Sustainability & Resilience will lead and manage energy modeling projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. They will integrate future climate projections into building performance simulations, model in compliance with energy codes in the U.S. and Canada, work with utility incentive program requirements, execute district-scale thermal network modeling, and model passive survivability during extreme events under future climate scenarios.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
- 10% travel required both domestically and internationally
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have a strong background in engineering principles and experience with energy modeling software. Experience with district-scale thermal network modeling and passive survivability analysis is preferred.
Skills
- Proficiency in energy modeling software
- Experience with building performance simulations
- Knowledge of energy codes in the U.S. and Canada
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Pay
$154,981 - $154,981 annually
