Sustainability Intern

Responsibilities

• Support Ocean Spray's sustainability efforts by collaborating with the Sustainability Team and other stakeholders to progress sustainability initiatives and reporting.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data for sustainability reporting, customer requests, and projects.
• Gain exposure to multiple sustainability initiatives through meetings, shadowing, and project work.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field.

Skills

• Strong analytical and data management skills, especially proficiency with Excel and ability to work with large, complex datasets.
• Foundational understanding of sustainability concepts.
• Attention to detail for data validation and reporting accuracy.
• Research and critical thinking skills to review data, audits, and other sustainability research.
• Clear communication and organization skills to document findings and support cross‑functional projects.

Pay

$25.00 – $32.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Start date: June 8, 2026.
• Duration: 10‑12 weeks.
• Traditional work week with summer Fridays 8:00 am‑12:30 pm.
• Flexibility and off‑site work may be required for project travel, experimental test runs, or customer discovery.
• Located at Ocean Spray corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA (about 45 minutes south of Boston – Exit 6 off Route 495).
