What You'll Be Doing
- Develops and executes a 1-year business plan ensuring alignment with the overall corporate strategic plan and immediate manager’s business plan.
- Ensures consistent application of the Badger safety program across the organization, by SHS professionals, Badger employees and other stakeholders.
- Maintains a strong safety culture across the assigned area and throughout Badger.
- Adheres to and supports adoption of applicable regulatory changes and communicates the appropriate changes to Badger personnel.
- Conducts priority-based area visits across the organization to complete coaching, mentoring and trust.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Undergraduate degree, Graduate degree preferred.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) Preferred.
- Knowledge of Federal, state, provincial and local safety, transportation, and environmental regulations.
- Knowledge of industry safety training.
- 5+ years’ experience preferred in the following Industries: - Vacuum, Pump Trucks, or Fleet Commercial - Underground Construction and/or Utilities - Oil and Gas - Waste
