Survive, Evade, Resist, Escape (SERE) Wing Developer

About the role

Aldevra is currently seeking a qualified SERE Wing Developer to support The Department of the Air Force’s Survive, Evade, Resist, Escape (SERE) Specialist Training School in Fairchild AFB, WA. We are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a willingness to jump in where needed. Responsibilities

• Inspire candidates through mentorship and structured development process.
• Provide coaching on nutrition, strength/conditioning training, and mental resiliency as well as set and monitor targeted fitness goals/expectations for the candidates.
• Average Daily Student Load (ADSL) of approximately up to 45 SERE students depending on training requirements and unit operation cycles.
• May use Government Owned Vehicles (GOVs) to support training activities (e.g. trail student formations, transport students with injuries, thermal injury prevention, etc.)
• Provide physical fitness coaching, human performance academics, remedial skills, and mental resiliency training to support students IAW approved Government lesson plans.
• Provide continued physical and mental development, thus enabling the Air Force to effectively develop candidates to their fullest potential to meet increased SERE requirements.
