Survey Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project execution
• Establish project communication protocols, including:
• Identification of client and Phasor stakeholders and decision-makers
• Change management processes
• Information dissemination routes and procedures
• Systematic processes for project data management and reporting
• Maintain responsibility for project financial performance, including establishing cost controls and conducting periodic reviews to identify risks
• Liaise with Phasor personnel to understand all project requirements, including scheduling, cost, technical, and logistical considerations
• Coordinate shift schedules, accommodations, and mobilization requirements for Crew Chiefs and Survey Technicians unless delegated to a Field Coordinator
• Participate in division-level meetings to coordinate crew allocation across projects

Requirements

• Hold a current Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.) license in one or more U.S. states or be eligible for licensure through reciprocity
• Candidates willing to obtain additional state licenses will be supported, and Phasor USA will cover all associated costs
