Responsibilities
- Lead and manage survey/geospatial projects, including client communication (internal and external).
- Prepare project proposals and handle invoicing.
- Oversee two or more survey crews.
- Drive new business development by leveraging existing clients and Colliers Engineering & Design’s diverse service lines, including:
- 3D High Definition Laser Scanning
- Mobile Lidar Mapping
- Rail Surveying
- GPS and Conventional Surveys
Requirements
- Maryland State Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) License required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation.
- 10+ years of experience in all areas described in the job responsibilities.
- Ability to generate revenue through existing client base and new business development.
- Strong English language skills for written and verbal job-related communications.
- Valid driver’s license.
Pay
$95,000 to $146,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
