About the role

Responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with clients, and ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines and coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans.
  • Oversee project budgets and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to maintain open lines of communication and address any issues promptly.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and adhere to project specifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, or related).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project management.

Skills

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities.
