Responsibilities
- Manage event budgets and resources effectively
- Cookware and utensils are provided
- Ensure all events comply with health and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with vendors to secure necessary supplies
- Coordinate with staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare detailed event plans and timelines
- Handle unexpected issues during events
Requirements
- At least 2 years of event planning experience
- Proven ability to manage budgets and resources
- Experience with health and safety regulations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
