Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person visits.

- Ensure all office equipment is functioning properly and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless office operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and software.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with basic IT troubleshooting.
