Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to office equipment and software.
  • Document and track issues reported by clients for resolution.
  • Ensure all office equipment is functioning properly and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless office operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with basic IT troubleshooting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay
