Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation, including daily reports and required field records.
• Execute assignments in accordance with established project objectives, timelines, and financial guidelines.
• Evaluate project requirements prior to commencing work to ensure compliance with client expectations, technical specifications, and industry best practices.
• Review completed deliverables for quality, accuracy, and completeness before final submission.
• Foster effective working relationships with clients, contractors, team members, and management to support successful project outcomes.
• Proactively communicate resource needs, project updates, and operational challenges to supervisors and colleagues.
• Provide clear and timely information to ensure efficient workflow and project execution.
• Consistently adhere to all company procedures, safety policies, and applicable OSHA regulations.
• Conduct routine assessments of field conditions and work environments to identify, document, and address potential safety concerns.
• Promote a culture of safety and accountability on every project.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve project goals while maintaining high standards of productivity and precision.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to expand technical knowledge and versatility.

• Complete and submit timesheets, mileage logs, and expense documentation accurately and within required deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum of six (6) years of relevant professional experience in a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
