About the role
The role involves leading a team of survey technicians in conducting field surveys, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data collection.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and managing resources.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and quality standards.
- Train and mentor survey technicians in best practices and procedures.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement survey plans.
- Prepare reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in surveying or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in GIS software and GPS technology.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to surveying.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
