The role involves leading a team of survey technicians in conducting field surveys, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data collection.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and managing resources.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and quality standards.
• Train and mentor survey technicians in best practices and procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement survey plans.
• Prepare reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in surveying or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in GIS software and GPS technology.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to surveying.
