What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and mentor field survey crews
- Perform boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, utility, and construction staking surveys
- Operate Trimble GPS and robotic total stations
- Cookordinate daily field activities
- Ensure survey accuracy and quality
- Maintain safe job sites and OSHA compliance
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years as a Survey Crew Chief
- Experience with boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction surveys
- Trimble GPS and robotic total station experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for quality work and mentoring others
