Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
• Plan, organize, and execute field survey operations across multiple states
• Operate and maintain survey equipment such as GPS, robotic total stations, data collectors, etc.
• Interpret project requirements, plats, deeds, and legal descriptions
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of field data collection
• Communicate effectively with project managers, office staff, and clients as needed
• Maintain daily field notes, reports, and documentation

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a survey department
• Experience in completing field work necessary to complete a boundary survey
• Ability to train field personnel on finding appropriate monuments
• Strong problem-solving and resolution skills
• Ability to multitask
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to communicate via email and verbally
