What you will do

We are currently looking for a Survey Crew Chief to help us make a real impact in our Tri-Cities office. In this role you will plan, organize, and direct the survey crew to ensure that work is completed within budget and to clients' satisfaction. You will perform a mix of office and field work and will work on a variety of projects including residential subdivisions, educational facilities, and military installations.

• Perform ALTA/ACSM land title surveys
• Conduct route surveys
• Complete topographic surveys
• Execute construction staking projects

Requirements

• 6+ years of surveying experience
• Survey Crew Chief experience required
• Extensive knowledge of land surveying principles and practices
• Working knowledge of TDS, Trimble software, Trimble Robotic Total Stations, and GPS equipment
• Ability to organize field notes and execute field staking
• Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills
• A valid Washington State driver's license
• Ability to obtain and maintain clearance to work at local military installations

Compensation and benefits

Actual pay will be based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.

• Survey Crew Chief - $31.00 - $48.00 per hour
