Essential Job Functions

  • Maintain phone etiquette and communication skills to provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain positive relationships with store team members and management.
  • Anonymously call O'Reilly store locations for parts and rate the team member on procedures that were followed, and complete a computerized rating card.
  • Effectively concentrate on listening, while simultaneously and accurately recording data onto an electronic survey form.
  • Manage time to ensure assigned number of calls are consistently met.
  • Effectively concentrate while performing repetitive job-functions.
  • File and maintain paperwork both alphabetically and numerically, send to the field during the month.
  • Assemble various training material packets for company use.

Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience/Abilities Required

  • Proficient keyboard and data entry skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Profound knowledge of office and PC equipment
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess high attention to detail
  • Efficient time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Aptitude for accurately reading and interpreting number sequences
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Spanish-bilingual
