Responsibilities
- Support survey creation, distribution, and performance analytics using Qualtrics platform
- Maintain and update DHI Central “Strive for Five” survey page
- Assist in expanding customer survey resources for the Customer Care LMS page
- Build and maintain dashboard reporting, including ad-hoc analysis
- Ensure accuracy of CRM distribution lists and survey reporting permissions
- Provide reporting and analytics to inform department strategy and performance
- Offer guidance and support across the department
- Promote integrity, respect, and continuous improvement in interactions
- Perform back-fill support for front-line positions as needed
- Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- One to three years of related experience
- Excellent communication, decision-making, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM systems such as MS Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.
- Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision and peripheral vision
- Nocturnal travel may be required
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience within the homebuilding industry preferred
