Responsibilities
- Foster a fun environment.

- Conduct investigations and inquiries as directed by the Surveillance Manager.
- Produce reports on all investigations.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace all malfunctioning CCTV equipment.
- Develop and maintain a regular maintenance/cleaning schedule of all CCTV equipment.
- Develop and manage a current equipment malfunction and repair log.
- Develop and manage a current equipment inventory list.
- Obtain Synectics digital system installer rating upon completion of company-sponsored training.
- Perform technician duties and assist as a Surveillance Agent when needed.
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in various work areas such as confined spaces.
Requirements
- A minimum of 21 years of age.
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in the installation of CCTV cameras and equipment, alarm systems, digital recording systems, or experience as a low voltage electrician.
- A good understanding of computers.
- Working knowledge of surveillance equipment and digital recording systems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel computer programs.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring schematics when necessary.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Good handwriting.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

- Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
Skills
- Strong computer use/troubleshooting experience.

Pay
Starting Salary: $30.00 per hour
Shift Differential: Additional $1.50 per hour for Grave Shift
