Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Manage and supervise a site security team
• Schedule, train, and take corrective action for security employees
• Be a good liaison between the client and GardaWorld management
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least 21 years old
• A valid driver's license
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus

Pay

$25.94 per hour, with DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 1st shift, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
