Surveillance Security - Industrial Officer

About the role

Located in Palmyra, MO, as a Surveillance Security Ambassador you will use your sharp eye to monitor screens, capture details, and spot threats before they escalate in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. Strong observation skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Good eyesight and excellent ability to maintain focus
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience – a plus
• State license if required
• TWIC certification (if applicable)

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $19.73 per hour.

Schedule

Part‑time schedule: Saturday through Sunday, 1st shift, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
